VAULT SERVICES

Some of our customers would like to have their armored car companies manage their cash. ATS Uptime Inc. can provide this service.

Our vault is currently responsible for preparing, loading, counting, strapping, vaulting, and, most importantly, reporting any activity on the accounts for our customers on a daily basis.

ATS Uptime Inc. believes that the vault service is the heart and soul of any armored operation. If a vault is not operating correctly, it is impossible to correctly complete any ATM services on a daily basis. As a customer, you expect and deserve to have reporting completed on a daily basis, as end of day vault totals are a vital part of the vault service and your bottom line. ATS Uptime Inc. has daily reporting in place to let you know what cash is on hand, what supplies were used on site, and a balance sheet for each individual ATM replenishment completed that day. We currently send our information by e-mail or by fax. If you wanted to have on-line reporting completed for you, then we are in a position to complete that service for you as well. Our process includes daily audits on our cash vault for all customers to insure that we are continuously in balance. We also welcome you to complete your own audits.

We have, for your benefit, separated the price for this service. However, the vault service charge could be incorporated into the price of a cash replenishment, as both services are needed in order to complete that service. Once again, ATS Uptime Inc. offers this service at a reasonable cost to you.
