Joe Cabello

Joe has over 5 years of ATM experience. He began at First Chicago Bank where he was an ATM technician and dispatcher. He then became the assistant Illinois State Manager where he initiated staff development programs and directed all security initiatives. He also managed the state of Wisconsin.

James Carlson

James has over 14 years of experience in this industry. He also began his career with First Chicago Bank which merged with NBD and then was bought by Bank One. He worked in the ATM department throughout these changes. He began as an ATM tech and worked his way to dispatching, to shift manager and then to project management. He was the project manager on cash, service, network and Mas Hamilton conversions of more than 2500 machines. He then went to Brinks where he was the Chicago ATM manager responsible for all ATM operations in the Chicago branch.

Thomas O'Malley

Tom has over 12 years of ATM experience. He also began his ATM career at First Chicago Bank but only went through the first merger with NBD. At First Chicago, he began in ATM deposit processing, which then led to ATM technician to dispatcher to shift manager. Tom then went to Bantek West Inc. where he became the Illinois State Manager where he increased their customer base over 500% in less than 2 years. He then became a part of their nationwide troubleshooting team.
